Buying your first home or your vacation property is a journey. The first step is to find a licensed professional, known as a real estate broker, who is familiar with local home values, neighborhoods, real estate trends and can write an offer and negotiate on your behalf.

Local Expertise

Your real estate broker should have excellent knowledge in regards to neighborhoods, home values, trends, local amenities, and geographic features. If your real estate broker is not from the area you are intending to purchase in, find a local broker.

Responsiveness

In this market, especially, responsiveness has never been more important. You will have lots of questions and concerns so if your real estate broker is unable to respond quickly, you may want to consider another broker.

Your real estate broker is a therapist, consultant, and facilitator for your home search. A great broker will listen and advise based on your goals, you should never feel sales pressure, and they will also connect you with their team of trusted experts. An experienced broker can make this process as seamless as possible.

Abrams with my family every weekend,  and it's where I learned to ski at four years old. Skiing as a family was a choice my parents made and one of the reasons we moved to Maine.

I started my real estate career in 2000, and have built and sold several homes in the area. I currently live in Bethel with my daughter, Charlotte Lambert. She attends Gould Academy and among her many interests is a passion for ski racing. She is learning the student athlete balance and a love for the outdoors.
