When you read through real estate ads, some keywords probably catch your attention more than others. Simplified, these are words that sell! According to a recent Zillow Digs analysis, describing certain features in an ad can actually increase the likelihood that a property will sell faster and for more money. A few noteworthy keywords that the Zillow analysis mentioned were quartz counter tops, subway tiles, and farmhouse sinks.
Although not mentioned in the Zillow article, other keyword features that hit the mark in our ski resort area include post & beam, natural stone, and ski gear storage.
