Location, location, location! In addition to the easy access off the Roadrunner Trail, Brookside is conveniently located near the White Cap Lodge, home of the Shipyard Brew Haus, not to mention the Barker basin where much of the resort’s competitive action takes place.  Built in 1986-87, Brookside is the largest slopeside complex at Sunday River with 2 bedroom units located in Building I and one bedroom and studio units located in Building II.

The two bedroom units offer 810 square feet on one level consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and an open living area with a gas fireplace.  All of the one bedroom units are bi-level and most sleep 6.  Ground level one bedroom units offer 528 square feet, upper level units offer 567 square feet and studio units offer 377 square feet.  Ski storage lockers and laundry facilities are located within each building. All of the condominiums offer private balconies, some with slope views (even numbered units) and others with tranquil wooded views so you can take in the scenery without taking on the cold.

The Brookside complex also offers a separate recreation building with an owner’s room, a common room with a large fireplace, access to the outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, sauna and locker rooms.
